My Journey to Intentional, Healthy Living

Hi, I’m Meredith, but my friends call me Mere. My journey toward intentional living began with a simple desire to feel better in my own body and heal from mold illness.


For much of my adult life, I found myself overwhelmed by my busy schedule, endless to-do lists, and overwhelmed by products that promised convenience but often came with hidden toxins and long-term health risks. I started to think much more intentionally about the health of the environment around me, what I put IN my body, and what I put ON my body. All the pieces started to come together.


Through research, trial and error, and plenty of learning moments, I slowly began making small changes. These shifts — swapping everyday products, simplifying my routines, and becoming more mindful of my habits — had a powerful impact on my energy, capacity, and journey towards healing.


Along the way, I faced challenges, made mistakes, and celebrated small wins that reminded me progress doesn’t need to be perfect to be meaningful. This journey taught me patience, awareness, and the value of taking gentle steps toward lasting wellness.

Why Mindfully Mere Exists

Mindfully Mere was created from a heartfelt desire to share what I’ve learned and to build a supportive space for others navigating their own low-tox journey. I realized that so many people want to live healthier, more intentional lives but feel confused, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. With endless information online, a exploding "wellness culture" in social media and constant pressure to do everything perfectly, it can be difficult to know what truly matters.

My goal is to simplify the process and offer guidance that feels encouraging, approachable, and realistic. Here, I share practical tips, simple swaps, helpful resources, and honest insights that have genuinely worked for me. Everything I create is rooted in compassion, understanding, and the belief that small, mindful choices can lead to meaningful change. Mindfully Mere exists to remind you that you’re not alone, and that building a healthier life can feel empowering rather than stressful.
